Oreo Mug Cake
This might just be the perfect mug cake recipe! It's light, fluffy, and so easy to make!

Ingredients

cup
all purpose flour

tbsp
granulated sugar

baking powder

oreo
finely chopped

unsalted butter

milk
1%, 2% or whole

vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and the finely chopped oreo. Mix until combined.
In a 10 to 16 oz mug*, combine the butter, milk and vanilla extract. Microwave for 30-40 seconds or until the butter is fully melted.
Add the dry ingredients to the mug and mix until combined.
Microwave for 60-80 seconds on 100% power.** The mug cake is done when the top is spongy and set.
Allow the mug cake to rest for a few minutes before eating. Top with whipped cream and oreos if desired.
Notes
This recipe will overflow an 8 oz mug, so I recommend using a mug that is between 10-16 oz.
The microwave time depends on the power of your microwave. I have a 950 watt microwave and microwaved my cake for 60 seconds.
