Orange jimmies
2bagsWhite chocolate chips11-12 oz bags
Cinnamon hots candies
Green M&Ms
Pretzel sticks
sanding sugar
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Unravel the Twizzlers pull 'n' peels to make the snowman scarves.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the 8 large marshmallows in half. Pro tip: dip the scissors in water before cutting the marshmallows, it makes them easier to cut!
To assemble the snowman heads
Melt 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30 second. Stir, then microwave on 50% power for 20 seconds or until melted.
Dab the chocolate onto the back of 2 edible eyeballs and 1 orange jimmy and place them onto each marshmallow head. Set aside to dry.
Assemble
Melt white chocolate chips. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Repeat until melted.
Once melted, use a cookie scoop to pour each portion of the hot white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use an icing spatula to smooth out the melted white chocolate. Place the marshmallow heads onto each melted white chocolate snowman, then wrap a Twizzler rope around each snowman's head to make the scarves. Next, break the 12 pretzel sticks in half and add them to each side of the snowman to create the arms. Finally, add the cinnamon candies and green m&m’s to make the shirt buttons and sprinkle with crystals for the snowy effect.
Allow the bark to set completely at room temperature, about 1 hour. To speed up the process you can place the pan in the fridge or in the garage if you live in a cold climate.
