Ingredients
3cups (594g)granulated sugar
¾cup (170g)unsalted butter
⅔cup (158ml)evaporated milk
12ozsemi-sweet chocolate chipsabout 2 cups
1 jar7 ozmarshmallow creme
½tspsalt
1tspvanilla extract
1cupchopped walnutsoptional
Instructions
Line a 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan with aluminum foil. You can also use a 9x13 inch pan, but the fudge will be thinner. Set aside
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter and evaporated milk and stir constantly until fully boiling.
3 cups (594g) granulated sugar, 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, 2/3 cup (158ml) evaporated milk
Allow the mixture to boil, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes or until the candy thermometer reaches 234ºF.
Remove from the heat and add in the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, salt and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 jar 7 oz marshmallow creme, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir in the walnuts, optional.
1 cup chopped walnuts
Carefully pour the fudge into the prepared pan, top with more walnuts if desired.
Allow the fudge to fully set and cool before cutting, 4-6 hours.
