9 cups Chex cereal, 1 cup (114g) mixed nuts or roasted salted peanuts, 2 cups mini pretzels, 1 ½ cups cheese crackers, 1 ½ cups mini bagel chips or break full sized bagel chips into smaller pieces
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once the butter is melted, add Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir the mixture until well combined and heated through. You can also melt the butter in the microwave.
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp seasoned salt, 1 ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder
Pour the butter and seasoning mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Gently toss the mixture until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the butter and seasoning mixture.
Spread the chex mixture evenly onto two large baking sheets. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating and to prevent burning.
Allow the Chex Mix to cool completely before serving. Once cooled, store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
