In a mixing bowl combine the graham crackers crumbs and brown sugar, mix with a fork until the brown sugar is incorporated into the graham crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the crumbs, mixing until combined. Add in the red, white and blue sprinkles, stirring again.
1 1/2 cups (170g) graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup (54g) brown sugar, 7 Tbsp (101g) unsalted butter, 2 Tbsp red, white and blue jimmie sprinkles
Press this mixture evenly into a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to pack the crust down. Place the crust in the freezer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the container of American Fireworks Ice Cream from the freezer and place on the counter to thaw for 10 minutes.
Ice Cream Filling
Once the ice cream is thawed, transfer all the ice cream into the pie crust. Use the back of a spoon to evenly spread the ice cream into the crust. Return to the freezer for 20 minutes. Place a metal or glass bowl and beaters in the freezer.
1 48 oz container American Fireworks Ice Cream
Red, White & Blue Topping
Remove the bowl from the freezer. Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar, beat with an electric mixer for 4-7 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Divide the whipped cream into 3 bowls. One bowl will remain white. Add red gel food coloring to one bowl and blue gel food coloring to the third. Use the mixer to fully incorporate the color, rinsing the beaters when moving from one color to the next.
3 cups (710ml) heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup (56g) powdered sugar, Red and blue gel food coloring
Spoon dollops of each color of whipped cream on top of the pie. Use a small offset spatula to lightly swirl the colors together. Top the pie with white whipped cream swirls and red, white and blue sprinkles. Return to the freezer for at least 20 minutes. For easier slicing, allow the pie to sit out for 5 minutes before cutting into pieces.
