3ozdark chocolateif using dark chocolate chips that's 6 tbsp
⅓cupall purpose flour **can substitute GF flour!
¼cupcocoa powder
½tspsalt
2largeeggs
⅓cuphoney
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Spray an 8x8 inch square baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate. If using a dark chocolate bar, break into smaller pieces. Stir occasionally until completely melted.
In a small bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir together.
In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, honey and melted coconut oil chocolate mixture. Stir with a spatula until combined.
Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir by hand just until combined. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 25-27 minutes for fudgier brownies or 28-30 minutes for less fudgy brownies.
When they first come out of the oven, they won’t have the same stability they’ll have after they sit for a few hours. You’ll notice that the longer they sit, the fudgier in texture they are. Especially if they sit overnight!
