Family friendly crock pot apple cider punch can be served hot or cold! Combine apple cider, spices and fresh fruit slices in the crock pot to make mulled apple cider!

Ingredients
1gallonapple cider
½Tbspcinnamon
½Tbspnutmeg
3lemon slices1/2 lemon
3orange slices1/2 orange
3-4apple slices1/2 apple
3cinnamon sticks
6whole cloves
5-6piecesof star anise
Instructions
In a 5 quart crock pot on low heat, add the apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon slices, orange slices, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves and star anise. Allow the punch to warm for 3-4 hours. Serve warm. Ladle into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and caramel if desired.
1 gallon apple cider, 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 Tbsp nutmeg, 3 lemon slices, 3 orange slices, 3-4 apple slices, 3 cinnamon sticks, 6 whole cloves, 5-6 pieces of star anise
Or you can serve chilled by removing the fruit slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise pieces after it’s cooked and storing the punch in the fridge over night.
