Between homemade popsicles, donuts and these parfaits, I may have to start training for a marathon.

Or I’ll start increasing the time spent with my fav buddy, Tony. #P90X3 #PolkaStretch

We have another adaptable recipe! You could change up the flavor of the pudding, use nilla wafers in place of pretzels and add in your favorite candy or cookie crumbles.

Easy! How can you NOT make this one?!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Pudding Parfaits with Reese’s Crumbles

Total Time: 40 minutes

Yield: 4 parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate pudding (3.9 oz or standard size) with amount of milk as directed on back of box
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup chopped pretzels
  • 6 reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding as directed on the box. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Use 4 parfait or drinking glasses to assemble the parfaits.
  3. Evenly divide the chocolate pudding among 4 glasses.
  4. Evenly divide the chopped pretzels and place on top of the chocolate pudding.
  5. Mix together the cool whip and peanut butter. Evenly divide this mixture between the 4 glasses on top of the pretzels.
  6. Top the parfaits with chopped Reese's peanut butter cups.
  7. Enjoy immediately.

Don't assemble the parfaits until you are ready to eat them, otherwise the pretzels will become soggy from the pudding.

What a great presentation. I can’t eat anything from a package (if it has lecithin/soy), but this sounds so good I think I am going to try a version. I know pretzels with peanut butter and chocolate has to be delish. I love your presentation.
