The part that makes this recipe so quick and easy is that it uses refrigerated biscuit dough. I like to call these “make it your own calzones” because you can customize what’s inside of them depending upon your tastes.

Grease a large cookie sheet, place each biscuit on the pan in a rectangle as shown, somewhat close together. Begin to press the biscuits together with your hands. If the biscuits are too far apart, you will see holes forming, move them closer together.
As you are pressing the dough together, you also want to stretch it, making a larger rectangle. You can use a rolling pin for this if you’d like.
Using 1 can of biscuit dough could feed about 2 people for dinner. Or one really hungry husband.
